She received a lot of healing through this experience and learned much from the works of John Bradshaw, who writes extensively about family patterns. In 1996, she met Guru Dev, a Buddhist teacher. She and her mother attended her lectures, meditations and yoga classes. Yoga and meditation through the Kundalini practice really lifted her to another plane in her spiritual development. In 1997, she became a Buddhist initiate. Also that year, she met Alanna Maloney, a working psychic in the Cincinnati area, and together they started a business called “The Queen of Wands.” On Halloween, they appeared on television on Fox Network with some of her coven members at “The Keltic Knot” bookstore. She had bought the store not long after a prophetic dream in which she learned all of the details of the store’s purchase before she had ever even considered the possibility of owning it! Many legal papers and lawyers later, on April 15th, 1999, she was part owner of “The Keltic Knot.” She later opened an on-line store for her customers and began offering classes on Reiki as well.

Experience

She’s been a professional psychic since 1992 and has masterfully juggled the jobs of psychic reader, healer, successful merchant, and teacher. Kore has taught classes on psychometry, lectured to large audiences on the topic of Wicca and was invited to the University of Cincinnati to speak on Spell Craft. In 1994, she was interviewed on the radio on the subject of Faeries and twice more on the topic of Wicca. She’s been a Reiki Master since 1995, and has attuned twenty-eight clients with her gift of energy healing. She is also proud of her work as a Minister of ULC, which has enabled her to heal many, and to perform legal marriages. In 1997, she moved to Delaware to a home on 63 acres of wooded land where she provided private readings for her clients, hosted parties and worked on a psychic phone line. She has since taught classes on various metaphysical subjects at psychic fairs, festivals, university gatherings and at bookstores. In August of 2000, she started “The Coven of the Illuminated Shadow” and organized a “Witches Ball” at the Southgate house in Kentucky. Six hundred people came out to join in the fun. The following year, she hosted a Pagan Festival with guest speaker Isaac Bonewits. She has read at many events and in many venues that include a nightclub and entertainment complex. She has offered her psychic services and merchandise on-line and is a successful retailer and co-owner of a metaphysical store and healing center.

Personal

Currently, she’s the co-owner of “Aquarius Star,” a metaphysical retail and spiritual healing center in Downtown Cincinnati, Ohio. She’s thirty-four years of age, with an amazing son who is seven. Her main goal is to create her own enlightenment and to then guide others to theirs. She has had two very powerful Kundaline experiences and has awakened in many ways. In Buddhist tradition, just being around someone with awakened energy can affect and awaken your own.
